Ingredients | Low Sugar Red Wine Sangria2 cups strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and quartered1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon lemon juiceDirectionsHeat a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add strawberries, honey, and lemon and crush with a hand-held food chopper or a potato masher. Simmer, uncovered, until strawberries reduce down, about 8 minutes.Stir strawberries and adjust heat to medium-high. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
